Effective immediately, Convenience Fees will apply to the following payment methods:
Credit Cards: 3.70% Convenience Fee (minimum fee $2.50)
E-checks: $1.95 Convenience Fee
Convenience Fees are Not Regional Utilities' fees - they are charged by the processing agency and are absorbed by the customer choosing to use these methods. Fee-free payment options are still available including cash, check or automatic bank draft through Regional Utilities. Applications for Automatic Bank Drafting can be downloaded directly from our website under the Customer Service Documents tab. Please contact our office with any additional questions.
